User Responsibilities
To ensure platform integrity and a secure experience for all, you agree to:

- 02.Maintain the security of your account and immediately notify us of any security breach.
- 03.Comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your content.
- 04.Respect and comply with the platform guidelines and terms of connected social networks.
Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any activities that compromise the platform, our users, or third parties. Prohibited actions include:
Unlawful Purposes
Using Sequor to violate any regulations, rules, or intellectual property rights.
Harmful Content
Generating or publishing harmful, misleading, harassing, or fraudulent posts.
Disrupting Platform
Attempting to overload, bypass security, or compromise our database infrastructure.
Reverse Engineering
Copying, decompiling, or attempting to extract Sequor source code.
Social Media Integrations
Sequor interacts with external platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to enable automated publishing.
Please note that we do not own or control these networks. We are not responsible or liable for any platform outages, API version deprecations or modifications, or account restrictions/limitations imposed on your profiles directly by these third-party systems.
Subscription and Billing
Our billing is structured to be simple, transparent, and completely secure:
- Secure Processing: All paid subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store financial details.
- Billing Cycles: Subscription fees are automatically billed in advance according to your selected monthly or annual plan.
- Delinquency: Failure to pay or process renewal fees may result in temporary account restrictions or full suspension of the service.
Intellectual Property
Your Ownership
You retain full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright of the brand assets, client data, and social media content you generate using Sequor.
Sequor Ownership
We retain all rights, titles, and interest in and to the platform codebase, branding logos, design systems, proprietary AI orchestration layers, and custom workflow architectures.
Limitation of Liability
Sequor is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of social reach, business interruption, profile suspensions, or data loss) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the platform.
Termination
How accounts are deactivated or terminated:
We reserve the right, without liability, to suspend or terminate your account access immediately if you violate any terms of service, engage in prohibited actions, or fail to pay subscription charges. You may also request deletion of your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
